Represent your country in the 2007 PokerStars World Cup of Poker is an international team-based competition in which national teams of poker players battle it out for the title of World Cup Champions. The PokerStars World Cup of Poker is FREE TO ENTER, so don’t miss out on your chance to represent your nation by qualifying online. Not only will you be playing for national pride, but over $250,000 in prize money.

Each team in the World Cup of Poker is made up of four PokerStars players. Details on how to qualify for your national team can be found on the World Cup of Poker Qualifying page.

The fifty-seven teams involved in the competition are split into eight divisions – these are listed on the World Cup of Poker Countries page. A set of tournaments is played among the teams in each division to determine the final eight teams.

  • USA
  • Germany
  • Britain & Ireland including Scotland and Wales
  • Europe I Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Norway, Sweden
  • Europe II Belgium, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain
  • Europe III Austria, Hungry, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine
  • Rest of The World. Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Puerto Rico, South Africa and Venezuela.

The eight winning teams from the division stages will win packages – including travel expenses and accommodation - to play live in Barcelona, Spain. The teams that progress to the Barcelona final will compete in a televised tournament to determine the PokerStars World Cup of Poker IV Champions.
